Pricing Information
Pricing is based a minimum of fifteen (15) guests and the traditional two (2) meats and three (3) vegetables per person, including fresh brewed iced tea, fresh baked rolls and butter. Price ranges are listed below; please call Dan (257-4650) or Javier (823-1877) to discuss your specific needs and the corresponding rates.
2 Meats & 3 Vegetables – $10 to $15 per person Additional Vegetables – $1.50 per person Additional Meats – $2 to $4 per person Desserts – $1.50 to $3.00 per person
Extra Tea – $6 per gallon *includes ice, lemons and disposable cups. Sweet or un sweet available.

Types of Service Provided
Pickup Only – Food will be prepared and boxed, ready to be picked up at
designated time. Not responsible for late pickup. No additional fees.
Delivery and Setup – Food will be delivered and set up on a buffet with
disposable chaffers if needed. Averages $25 to $50.
Delivery, Setup and Pickup – Food will be delivered and set up for
service in stainless steel chaffers. Staff will return to retrieve any non-
disposable items. Averages $45 to $65. *Please Note: Delivery only
available within one hour’s drive.
Full Service – Food will be delivered and set up for service. Staff will
remain on site to serve food in the style that has been requested. The
service site will be cleaned at the end of the service period. Basic delivery
rate plus ten (10%) service staff charges. Gratuity will be calculated at
fifteen (15%) of invoice total. Additional gratuities accepted.
In House Service – We provide private dining at the restaurant most
Mondays through Thursdays. A rental fee of $150 will be applied and a
minimum of one hundred (100) guests is required.

Catering Terms & Conditions Guarantees, Deposits and Payment Policies
Upon approval of your estimate, a fifty percent (50%) deposit of your invoice total is required to secure our
services. The balance is due three (3) business days prior to the function and the confirmed number of
guests is also required at this time. If no guarantee is called in, we will assume the guarantee is the number on
the invoice at that time. Box lunches and other simple orders need to be placed forty-eight (48) hours in
advance with payment due when placing order.
In the event that your function is canceled within two (2) weeks prior to the function date, the full deposit will
be refunded. If a cancellation occurs less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function, fifty percent
(50%) of the deposit will be retained. If the function is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the event,
the deposit will not be refunded.
